Proactive Maintenance

Repairing Service
  • Services aim to repair non-functioning parts of the generator.

    • Overhaul repairing
  • The report will be submitted after repairing and diagnostic.
  • 6 month to 1-year Warranty will be given to the customer after repairing and reporting have been done.
24/7, Telephone and Onsite Technical Service
  • The emergency line for any generator-related emergency cases 24 hours a day.
  • Depending on the emergency type, telephone consulting or video conference consulting will be taken place.
  • If the case will not be solved just via telephone conference, a site technician will arrive to perform the necessary actions.
  • Inspection will be performed after repairing services have been done and a detail report will be submitted to the customer.
Periodical Service and Maintenance
  • Services that must be done after the generator has hit its 250 hours of operation time.
  • Operations that aim to replace Engine Oil as well as Filters.
  • After replacements have taken place, the full diagnosis will be performed and reported back to the customer.
Survey & Recommendation
